OUR GOAL
Here are several main goals for the development of cooperation between our organizations in the Nordic region:
1. Promote and support women’s entrepreneurship by sharing knowledge, experience, and best practices in business.
2. Provide financial and advisory support for women who want to start or expand their own businesses.
3. Advocate for equal rights and opportunities for women in business, and work to eliminate gender-based discrimination and biases.
4. Foster networking and collaboration among women entrepreneurs and leaders in the Nordic region, and encourage cross-border partnerships and cooperation.
5. Promote sustainable business practices and environmentally responsible entrepreneurship among women-owned businesses in the Nordic region.
6. Encourage innovation and new business ideas among women entrepreneurs, and provide opportunities for them to access resources and funding to support their ventures.
7. Advocate for policies and initiatives that support women’s entrepreneurship and business growth in the Nordic region, and work to remove any barriers or obstacles that may hinder their success.

Building the Capacity of Women’s Business Organizations.
To strengthen the capacity of women’s business organizations to become sustainable structure that represent their members, empower entrepreneurs, and advocate for business-friendly policies. Union help build a communications strategy and provide communication.
To strengthen links among North-West Countries women’s business organizations and expand their access to information about successful organizational management
and practices of partnership. Union will conduct workshops to build the capacity of the participating associations on issues including Equal Pay Rights and membership competition among associations.
To support efforts to focus public discourse on how joint efforts can have a direct such as income inequality and access to service of startup supporting women’s business according the rule of law in EU.
